After high school I moved to Erie, PA in 1984 to attend technical school. Graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree. Worked for a security lighting manufacturer for about 20 years, which just relocated from Erie to Mississippi at the end of last year. Before the lighting company closed I found a job in Erie with a medical equipment manufacturer, and I was laid off just last month due to corporate office cut backs.
I married Julia Case in June of 1992, we have two awesome boys, Jonathan, Jr. almost 14, and Zachary turning 12 towards the end of this year. Both boys are very active in wrestling and football. My oldest is in high school and my youngest is in middle school. I had a flash back last year when our McDowell Wrestling Club traveled to Smethport for a tournament. One of our coaches is a Smethport graduate. Small world huh!
With wrestling, football and other activities, my wife and I still find time to get out and ride on my new Harley that we bought last year. Even with our busy schedules we try to get back to Smethport from time to time.
