After graduation in 1998 I attended UPB and graduated in 2000 with an ASN in Nursing and went to work for BRMC in Bradford, PA in 4/00 as a general surgical nurse. In May of 2001 I transferred to the home health division as a home care nurse. I held this position until I was promoted to Hospice Care Coordinator in March of 2003. I have been recognized at the state level for my hospice work and was even asked to present at the State Hospice Conference in 2006. I continue to hold this position and recently passed my certification for Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing in September of 2006. I am still with Chad Smith from high school and we share our home with our 3 dogs, Hannah, Honda and Becky in Eldred, PA. Chad works at Ethan Allen Inc. I coach the Nippers 5/6th grade girls basketball team during the winter and play softball in the summer leagues.
